Starting a new year and especially this 2020 brings an air of change, of renewal of wanting to be better, but the challenge is how can it be achieved? which path to go? Here are some tips to start your motivated year and with clear objectives to achieve this year.
Find your inspiration source.
Inspiration is like a fresh new start is the strength to impulse you to get everything that you want. If you cannot find Inspiration inside of you, well, it starts with inspiration from others, you would feel motivated about people who you admire, so find any strength that you would like to have and try to image what would happen or what will you become if you start to practice this habit or strength. But how can you do that when you don’t feel motivated as a recommendation you can read other blogs, books, magazines, get inspired reading success stories. Get yourself excited about a goal!
Write your goal.
Write out your goal in big words. Make your goal just a few words long, (“run 30 min daily”), is better if you post it up on your wall, your computer, your mirror, room or refrigerator. Post it at home and your work. You want to have big reminders about your goal, to keep your focus and keep your excitement going. something that really helps is to share your goal with others like your wife/husband with your parents and people who can help you to demand you and make to try harder. We don't like to look bad in front of others so this would help you if it is difficult to achieve your goals by your own, so making a public commitment can help you a lot. Please be careful with your credibility because if you just showing off about your future results and you are not consistent and discipline with your daily work in your goal people around you won't trust in you, and they won't have too many expectations about your goals.
Measure your goal
Throughout the time you are working in your goal check if it is achievable or almost impossible, you can replace it and start with easier steps to achieve your realistic goal, maybe at the beginning we are very enthusiastic setting goals that we can achieve in on year or in a few months or it needs an extra mile of effort or time. So this is the right moment to re define your goal setting a realistic amount of time and strategies to achieve it.
Be discipline and consistency
Discipline comes when you don't feel to do something but you have to because you are committed to your goal! be consistent that means practice every day! to be a master is not about how much smart you are, it is about how much consistent and disciplined you are, even if you are not motivated, even if you don't find inspiration or you just are not in the mood, the discipline has to be stronger than your excuses. If you practice discipline and consistency every day I'm sure you will see results in the medium and long term.

Even if you are motivated and focus on your goal during the time your motivation would ebb. if it happens to you, ask for help.
